The group works the largest automobile manufacturers in the world Job Description: Will have in charge, in a Safety control environmente to direct and carry out policies relating to al phases of HR activity by performing: - Be able to cover the head count necessities in accordance with the profile required for each position. - Recruits, interviews and screens employees to fill vacant positions - Develop a selection process mainly on the professional positions including interviews with K operational managers. Labor Relations - Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals - Cover the Legal compliance on the Mexican labor, social security and environmental issues - Cover the head count necessities preferable internally giving opportunities to grow and developing our people through their capacities and some they have acquired by our training program matrix . - Develop each certain period of time ( per year) our training matrix, based in our necessities and in an ambitious plan to develop our people even higher than our necessities if is possible. - Basic Training (Safety, TPM, Quality system, HR matters) - Educate our people on leadership techniques and develop them as a leaders through a continuing education program). Communication - Maintains positive employee relations program in the facility, including communications, problem resolution and recognition of employees - Communication meetings with all employees to have direct contact with employees (Each other month starting ) - Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals - Satisfaction Survey (10% of total employees each 6 months) Compensation & Benefits - Keeps record of insurance coverage, pension plan and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations - Permanent Reward program (Operators succession program) - Support the expatriates program from legal point of view and HR services What we are looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and one to two years related - HR Degree from university - 7 to 10 years experience in leader ship in an Automotive/Unionize Manufacturing environment - TS 16949 - Team Building - Problem Solving Skills Required - Fluent in English and Spanish - Excellent internal and external communication - Conflict / Negotiation - Strong commitment - Automotive tools (8d, 5S,Safety, team work, kaizen) INTERESADOS FAVOR DE POSTULAR MEDIANTE EL SITIO WEB DE MICHAEL PAGE MEXICO
