Job Objective: The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and supporting customers and dealer network in Central America and Caribbean territory. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients. Responsibilities: Develops a business plan and Sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company Sales goals and profitability. Prepares action plans for effective search of Sales leads and prospects. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. · Prospect new market segments and customers in CAC territory by visiting potential customers along with rental companies on a regular basis; · Manage Sales and forecasting for CAC territory; · Manage and follow up the Distributor's Sales performance in the region; · Manage and issuing quotations and purchase orders of the territory according to the procedures established as far as product configurations, payments terms, deliveries, prices and others items related. Coordination of customers/contacts database; · Attend and coordinate seminars, product demos and other Sales activities as required; · Communicate new product launchings, product changes implementation as well as availabilities prices polices and changes; · Coordinate Sales Training for Rental's Sales force; · Reports weekly and monthly all market movements, trends, competition activities, etc. Education Requirements: Business Administration or Engineering bachelor degree. Laguage Requirements: Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English are essential. Travel: Frequent travel would be needed. Experience: The ideal candidate will have significant experience and a track record of success in a similar role, having worked in a similar position of large and well known companies of the industry, with strong preference for candidates with past experience in multinational companies; International exposure/experience would be required; Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with team members and outside visitors from different hierarchies and cultures; Minimum of three years of cumulative experience in a similar position; Availability to work under pressure; Self-management skills.
